[EnergyPlus_Support] which one is right?

Dear all:

I met a question in the cooling simulation. I simulated 2 year's cooling load for a building, and the result of the first year is different from that of the second year. I am eager to know whether the building thermal inertia can cause that, and which one is right. Should I use the second year's value?
