Your IDF is built with Version 1.4. You need to transition it to ver.2.0, ver.2.1, , ver.2.2, and then ver.3.0, in steps.
The transition utility is on the Energy Plus Support web-site, under Utilioties.
Download the transition1.zip and transition2.zip and try to continue from there. The instruction is in the zip file.
If you cannot do the transition yourself, please ask again, and I will do it for you.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] version problem
Dear duty
My name is jongug Jeon I had used the energyplus program. Two years ago.
A building and a HVAC system were modeled and operated on my computer.
After I download new energyplus version of 3.0, I can?t operate the program with my idf.
I tried to convert my idf with transition program, but I didn?t work.
The attached file is my idf
Please let me know that how can I use my file.
