You're referring to the .DDY file that is in the .ZIP on the weather data page. For those locations that have data in the ASHRAE 2005 Fundamentals, there are many combinations of annual percentile design days -- identified in the title. The first six are annual heating design conditions -- either drybulb temperature, humidification or wind speed:

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Heating 99.6%, MaxDB=8.8°C

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Heating 99%, MaxDB=10°C

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Humidification 99.6% Design Conditions DP=>MCDB, DP=3.9°C

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Humidification 99% Design Conditions DP=>MCDB, DP=5.8°C

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Heating Wind 99.6% Design Conditions WS=>MCDB, WS=7.9m/s

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Heating Wind 99% Design Conditions WS=>MCDB, WS=6.8m/s

The next twelve are annual cooling design conditions -- either drybulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature, dewpoint temperature, or enthalpy at three percentiles:

! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Cooling (DB=>MWB) .4%, MaxDB=32°C MWB=20.3°C
! SAO_PAULO/CONGONHAS_BRA Annual Cooling (DB=>MWB) 1%, MaxDB=31°C MWB=20.4°C

Why the climate file Congonhas SWERA IDF has 18 designday? the correct would be 12, containing all the months of the year? appear only the months of February and July. Why did not appears other months?
