[EnergyPlus_Support] Error .... Effective heating set-point higher than effective cooling set-point

Dear users,

Whenever I'm trying to perform an annual simulation for my model, I am getting the following error:

** Severe ** DualSetPointWithDeadBand: Effective heating set-point higher than effective cooling set-point - increase deadband if using unmixed air model
   ** ~~~ ** occurs in Zone=3433 Occurrence info=Khouribga MO - MN6 WMO#=1396, 01/20 20:30 - 20:31
   ** ~~~ ** LoadToHeatingSetPoint=-1374197.672, LoadToCoolingSetPoint=-1429881.440
   ** ~~~ ** Zone TempDepZnLd=-13920.94
   ** ~~~ ** Zone TempIndZnLd=1081857.89
   ** ~~~ ** Zone ThermostatSetPoint=0.00
   ** ~~~ ** Zone HeatingSetPointOffset=0.00
   ** ~~~ ** Zone CoolingSetPointOffset=0.00

However, if the simulation runs for a couple of simulation days, then everything is fine.

Did any of you came across to this error before?

Thanks in advance

Ioannis
