[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: sky temperature



I'm sorry to bother you, but I have a doubt about this argument.

SkyTemp=(DryBulb+TKelvin)*(ESky**.25)-TKelvin

Also in absolute temperatures: Tsky = Tdrybulb * (ESky^0.25)
Isn't it?
What is the physical meaning of that expression?
