I do not think these values changes with City location.
 
They are the same set of numbers rotated with the facing vector of the Facade.

Hi,
I am learning how to model natural ventilation,but somes parameters make me puzzled,as follows,AirflowNetwork:MultiZone:WindPressureCoefficientValues, AirflowNetwork:MultiZone:WindPressureCoefficientValues.
