Sorry, but I think the concept is not very straightforward for someone to just tell you how to do it (notice that the experts didn't bothered to reply you).
I would suggest spending some time reading the documentation and any other course documentation that you can find on the Energy plus website. Also you can analyse the examples files until you got the logic of it.
