[EnergyPlus_Support] problem with connectors

Hi, lookyng at the example file of MicroCogenerators I tryed to put a bypass pipe on the WaterHeater on both loops(generator and heating) where the WaterHeater is(on the demand side of the generator loop and on the supply side of the heating loop).
The problem is that on the heating supply there are the WaterHeater and an auxiliary boiler which already has a bypass. So I'd need two connectors list for this supply side of the heating loop, while in the "PlantLoop" I can define only one connector list per loop.
Can you help me?how could I put two connectors per each loop side?
