[EnergyPlus_Support] Outdoor pipe heat transfer

Hi,
I am trying to simulate a plant with an outdoor pipe: I am interested in the calculation of the pipe's thermal loss. The plant doesn't work for the first six months of the year; then it start working, but the calculated heat transfer form the pipe to the outside air isn't correct. The output variable "Pipe Heat Transfer fluid heat transfer rate[W]" denotes values from 10 W to 80000 W in consecutive timesteps, when the outdoor temperature is quite constant.
Can anyone help me?
I'uploading the idf file: "Scivolo1terH.idf".

Thanks

Stefano
