[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Hybrid Ventilation Control



Concerning this and other issues may I suggest a type of schedule to be controlled by a user function. I use another program where that is possible. In E+ Since we do have most variables available for report, why not use them to calculate user specified functions, kind of at excel style, growing in complexity at user's wish:

AND(External_temperature>15,External_temperature<35)

This would return TRUE or 1, meaning the schedule would be active.
I understand this would mean defining a lot of functions, and modules (sorry I'm not aware of programming issues), but that seems something achievable concerning the actual complexity that E+ already has. Or am I saying something too stupid?
