[EnergyPlus_Support] Branch flow rates out of bounds

Hi,
 When the branch control type of all the pumps was set to passive,error would appear like this:
   ** Severe  ** Inlet parameters for condenser demand side splitter are not physically possible
   **   ~~~   **  During Warmup, Occurrence info=Haikou Hainan CHN CSWD WMO#=597580, 05/01 00:00 - 00:30
   **   ~~~   ** Problem in input for condenser demand side CONDENSER WATER LOOP
   **   ~~~   ** The maximum flow out of the splitter [3595.39] is less than the minimum inlet flow [5956.86]
   **   ~~~   ** Flow rate inputs for the loop do not match flow requirements of the various branches/components
   **   ~~~   ** Check your flow rates and make sure that flow balances between the splitter inlet and outlets
    When the branch control type of all the pumps was set to active,errors would appear like this:
** Warning ** PlantFlowResolver: Branch flow rates out of bounds, for Plant Loop=CHILLED WATER LOOP, Branch=ZONE 33186 B1FC39 SYS1 COOLING COIL BRANCH
   **   ~~~   ** Conditions should be: 711.480 <= 17.787 <= 27.066 Occurrence info=Haikou Hainan CHN CSWD WMO#=597580, 05/01 00:00 - 00:30
