Rich is correct. I would like to add more to make what you want.

You can use ventilation availability schedule to determine when you  
want a window be open or close in an AirflowNetwrok:Multizone:Surface,  
where a window opening object belongs. The window opening object can  
be AirflowNetwrok:Multizone:Comnponent:DetailedOpening. The object  
allows you to specifiy a relationship between airflow and pressure  
when a window is open and close.
