[EnergyPlus_Support] Pump energy consumption

Hi,
  When the system is off, the HVAC energy consumption is zero, but it makes me puzzled is that the result shows the pumps' consumption and plant energy consumption is not zero.Can you explain it to me.I think maybe I ignore some details in idf file.
