The easiest way is to save it out of the weather converter as a CSV
(special EPW CSV format), take it into a spreadsheet, change it there and
let the weather converter read it in and save it as an EPW file.

(If your regional settings are different than ours, sometimes you might
have to change the DataPeriods dates).
