I wasn't disagreeing.  As I said I'm new to the subject and I'm trying to learn more about the thinking behind design days so I asked for more information.  Is that a problem?

Feel free to make up your own design day profiles.

You asked why the ones supplied were a certain way and Jim answered.  That you don't agree is a mute point.
