In V3.1 release, Output:Reports has been changed to several
different objects, e.g.

Output:Surfaces:List
Output:Surfaces:Drawing

And only for V3.1 will the Output:Reports object be internally
transitioned.  You should look up the correct transitions and do
that.  Or, if you are using DesignBuilder, I believe in their next
release they will have the correct new objects listed.
