[EnergyPlus_Support] Spreadsheet for Heat Pump

Hi,
I've been trying to model the ClimateMaster GSH036 water-air heat pump with the parameter estimator of the heating spreadsheet (given on the energyplus support website) with the catalog values and I get a loss factor greater than 1. It is possible, because in the pdf it says that the power loss should be smaller than 1 because the efficiency pf the compressor is smaller than 100%. Depending of how many data set I take, the loss factor becomes smaller than 1 but I get negative values for the refrigerant volume flow rate and the coefficient between pressure ratio and leakage rate.
