[EnergyPlus_Support] exercise 2B problem

Hi 

I am doing exercises following "Get started with EP" on exercise 2B.

I following the excetly steps from the menal. But the err file showing this:

* Severe  ** Autosizing of water flow requires a heating loop Sizing:Plant object
   **   ~~~   ** Occurs in AirTerminal Object=SOUTH PERIMETER VAV REHEAT
   **  Fatal  ** Preceeding sizing errors cause program termination

Another question:

Why we need in HVAC templet,rather that differenet zone object?
