The Window 5 data file puts the ID number as a prefix to the Name so the it looks like "Window name: 1 Name"
The energyplus documentation just has reference to a name and does not refer to the ID number. Does the IDF need to be
Construction:WindowDataFile,
Name;
or
Construction:WindowDataFile,
1 Name;
