[EnergyPlus_Support] weather file conversion problem

Dear all,

I have weather file conversion problem. Namely, I used weather.exe utility from EnergyPlusV3-1-0 to convert tmy2 file to epw file. After this conversion, I obtained the message "Severe ** Error during reading header". In this message I will atach tmy2 file that I tried to convert.
