[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Cooling Coil (Water) - Controls
Did you try using Setpoint Managers / SetpointManager:Scheduled:DualSetpoint? BTW I could not find the idf file ("ConstantVolumeSystem_092409.idf") in the file link.
