During sizing calculations, the daylighting part of the
simulation is not run.  (e.g., you'd want sizing to reflect full

Now, if you're running them for non-sizing period but still calculations,

part of SimulationControl, I believe daylighting is run and would reduce
the lighting load as specified by the Daylighting Controls.

There was a bug in V3.1, try downloading V4.0 and see if you still have problems.

Note, too, however, that daylighting is not run for Sizing periods -- with your change in electric power, if you have daylighting, this might be the answer.
