[EnergyPlus_Support] Files posted to Helpserve

Found a problem in both the weather files that were supplied with the 
release as well as the Weather DLL and have posted these in the files 
area of the main support site:

http://energyplus.helpserve.com

If you don't already have one, you may need to obtain a login.

Updated weather data -- supplies changes for the weather files that 
are supplied with the install (any platform), should be extracted to 
your main weather data folder:
<install folder>\WeatherData (for most installations)

Updated EPlusWth.dll - supplies a change for reading EPW files and 
saving to other formats (i.e., EPW or CSV).  Windows platform 
only.  should be placed into:
<install folder>\PreProcess\WeatherConverter
