[EnergyPlus_Support] output

Hi,

I import a design builder model in energyplus to study the daylighting map. After the simulation with energyplus I can find the daylighting map but if I want other output I can't find any field in the variable meter..it is blank. Why?I friend of mine told me that sometime could be a problem with the schedule..but it is difficult to delete the schedule without compromise the model.
Can you help me?
