Eman,
I took a second look at your data, and apparently something is indeed
wrong for June at least.
I gathered data from the the two models that have been used to derive
the current NSRDB, as well as measured data from the nearest station,
Austin:

METSTAT is a model that uses ground observations of clouds from
airports. The TMY3s were generated from its results.
SUNY is a model that uses cloud data from satellite. Its results shown
here are for a 0.1x0.1deg pixel centered at 30.55N, -96.35W.
All these results are from different sources and different periods, but
none of them shows a low in June. Interestingly, the measurements in
Austin rather show a low in May.

Hello Mr Cris;
As the DNI decrease, the diffuse increase. So I checked the weather data & find that is the case, so many thanks for the explaination, this expalins for me why the DNI is lower in June than in January. Appreciated so much'
But still there is a point!
Why June still have minimum global ( DNI & diffuse) than May & July. There is a drop in the total solar radiation in June specifically. As the month before it & the month after it both have higher global radiation.

I wonder if there is an explaination for that
Thank you very much
