The two columns show the amount of "energy" required to meet the 
thermostat set point temperature. This IS NOT the same as the 
"electricity" required to condition the building. You will have to add 
an HVAC system (which would substitute for the Ideal Loads Air System 
that you are using). There must be a way to select an HVAC system in 
Design Builder. I am not familiar with that software, ask this question 
on the Design Builder support page.
