[EnergyPlus_Support] Not spreadsheet output

I have set the runtime, output table to window energy report monthly, and set the building to "full exterior" and yet no speadsheet output.  I am two seconds from throwing my computer across the room.  What am I doing wrong?

Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.  Limit attachments to small files.
