Read the thread again.

You can enter area and construction types on Internal Mass objects.
You can enter volume and ceiling heights on the zone object.

Whether you can make an entire zone with just internal mass objects is left
as an exercise to the reader.

With this kind of zone, it would be difficult to figure how the exterior
(weather) conditions are used.

If you do not want to consider accurate 3D geometry, you can use the
Wall:Exterior, (e.g. simple rectangular objects), enter 0,0,0 as their
starting position and length and width.
