So you are saying that you only renamed the file I sent as an .epw and then ovewrote it using the weather converter?
Just double checking it in case I have a similar problem in the future

Your format is really EPW format (EnergyPlus CSV has header records that describe fields before each record).
When I overrode the default type in the weather converter it ran fine (attached are audit, etc files)
