The two files you attached are summary statistic reports for
the locations. EnergyPlus requires hourly data. If you don't see a
weather file for your location on the EnergyPlus web site (left side, Weather
Files, Asia, Iran), take a look at the YahooGroup web site under Meteonorm
Weather Files. There are several weather files for Iran there. If
still no weather file, please send the latitude, longitude, and elevation
(meters) to the list and we can create a file using
Meteonorm.

It's so necessary for me to have the "epw" , "tmy2" or any kind
of extenssions are used at E+ programe for my attached file on
this email, i've received early the e+ programe and not professional
in using that,please convert this file to epw or etc. needed for e+.thanks
