I have a couple general questions on this
program if you don't
mind.
1) Is this an
energy modeling program by itself that the end user uses to input data and
get results?
2) After
reading some of the basic concepts manual, it seems to me that this
software is an engine that other software developers will use to develop
their software around. Is this true, and if so do you know any programs
that are using Energy Plus as their engine.
3) Is anyone
using this program with success and how does it compare with other programs such
as eQuest, HAP, or others?
My goal is to get a
basic understanding on what this program is and does and how it
compares to others of a similar nature.
