[EnergyPlus_Support] Air source heat pump

Dear all,
I am simulating  a case study  for a building in Turkey 
 using  E+ ,Desıgn Buılder as a simulation tool. I need to 
define the under floor heating and cooling system with the 
 air-to-air heat pump. Do you have any suggestions whether 
 thıs  program allowing  to  use the air-to-aır heat pump 
ın simulatıon or not and  i'd like to ask also if anyone 
uses a simulation program called trnsys, I really need to 
know that  should I use E+(Design builder) or TRNSYS to 
simulate the  my building using Air-to-Air Heat pump for 
underfloor heating and cooling.
