If you are looking for specific year weather data, rather than typical year such as used for energy simulation, you might request data from the real time weather data site:

http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weatherdata/weather_request.cfm

I see that Cairo Egypt is one of the sites.
