[EnergyPlus_Support] The system cannot find the file specified

Dear all,

I'm trying to run an Energy plus file. However, it doesn't continue the energy plus process. It takes a very long time and yet it doesn't finish. The E+ process begins with  that message "The system cannot find the file specified" . Please advise.

Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.  Limit attachments to small files.
