This solution may not work, as the outdoor environment is changing, unless you use the DesignDay simulation with a constant outside temperature.
You can make the walls, floor, and roof adiabatic by making the other side condition the same as the inside temperature.
It is more difficult with the windows, and you may have to block it with a shade or blind, making trnsmittance to zero.
The other way is to make all the heat conductivity of the material used to zero. (0.00000001, if the program crashes.)
Why do you need such as room? an ice box?
Make the inside conditions the same as the outside conditions
