[EnergyPlus_Support] SetpointManager: which node is controlled?

Hello,
I am trying to simulate the simplest plant, a hot water boiler + bypass pipe attached to a load profile.

I set the water flow to split in two halves, 0.5 kg/s through the boiler, 0.5 kg/s through the bypass (have a look at the SVG).
Then I asked SetpointManager to keep the water in the Supply Outlet Node @ 60°C. I expected then that the boiler should heat the water up to about 80°C, in order to reach 60°C after mixing with the cold bypass flow.
What I find, instead, is that the node kept at 60°C is the Boiler Outlet, so that after the mixer the water gets too cold. How this? Where is the mistake?

many thanks
