All,
I have modeled the interior blind systems, and want to compare measured temperature with simulated temperature of blind surface and inner glazing surface (zone side of glazing).
If there is a temperature difference, I am going to try to apply new convective coefficient to this model.
However, the terms using In EnergyPlus, "Surface inside temperature and Surface int Convection Coeff" very confuse me.
1. Surface inside temperature: Does it mean inner glazing surface or interior blind surface of zone side? and subquestions are;
1.1 How can I check the interior blind surface temperature ?
1.2 How can I check the interior glazing surface temperature ?
Similarly,
2. Surface int Convection Coeff : Does it mean inner glazing surface or interior blind surface of zone side ?
When applying New convective coefficient to new model, user must select Surface type, such as AllExteriorWindow, AllExteriorWall, AllInteriorWindow, AllInteriorWall, floor, roof, etc. in the SurfacePloperty:ConvectiveCoefficidnts:MultipleSurfface object.
For an interior window which has two surfaces (inside and outside), I want to select only one surface, not All.
So, My second question is,
1. Is it possible to select only one surface when applying new convective coefficient?
Thanks,
D.W
