If it's really due to the HVAC Diagram program, just comment
it out of the EPL-Run.bat file.

It's called HVAC-Diagram and you can put a : in front of it.  You
can edit EPL-Run.bat with NotePad or WordPad but it must be saved as a
.bat extension (don't let the program try to add a .txt extension to
that).

What version are you running?
