I searched the full help document of energy plus there is no way to calculate or directly get the effective temperature in output variables.

plz help us because we need to calculate PMV-Predicted mean vote for Indian climatic conditions by this way only.

Let me repeat -- i searched the documentation -- main menu -- do the
search on "effective temperature' and came up with several places for the
definition of the calculations.

EnergyPlus documentation main menu has a "search button" -- uses the index
we build to search all the documents.
