I see that now, it simply adds a heat gain or loss to the zone. So you 
would have to psychormetric routines to calculate the exiting WB 
temperature of the earth tube knowing the inlet T and w, the total 
(sensible) heat gain or loss, and calculate a new outlet T. Then using 
the inlet w as the outlet w (w should not change through the earth tube) 
calculate the exiting WB using outlet T and inlet w.
