Since you have only a simple nine zone rectangular building, you should re-enter the coordinates not using the multiple origins.
 
Starting from the left lower corner, you have four values on the Y-axis and four values on the X-axis.

Your Sec_1, I think is at the top right corner.
 
If you add the y value in the surface section and the y value in the Zone section, you should get the absolute  Y value of the external wall.  If you check this value for the other zones, they are not exactly the same.  This is the problem.
 
I got 47.68,  47.24 and 49.64 for this external North wall.  They should be the same, unless your building wall was meant to be un-even.

You can identify the 16 pairs of  (x,y) values, you can change the surface coordinates using replace on a text editor.  All the values should be referenced to the one origin, at the lower left corner (0,0).

If you want to practice the relative coordinate method, I suggest that you start with one location, placing the zone origin at the lower left corner, and then build the other from this zone.  The zone origins would be:
     0,0,    x1,0,  x2,0,  
     0,y1,  x1,y1, x2,y1,
     0,y2,  x1,y2, x2,y2,
 
  These zone origins may be in any order.  x3,y3 would be the largest dimention at the top right corner.

If you list your current zone origins, they are all over the places.  Therefore, you have negative coordinate values and rounding errors.

When you enter the window dimensions, the width of the window must be less than that of the base wall.  Remember 5 may be 5.0 or 4.999999, in Fortran.  Equal wall and window width may still cause an error.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] not connected to any zone

 

I modified a file generated by the example file generator from three floors to one. I've searched for the missing connections and am at a loss for other places to look. The file with the problems is in the problems submittal folder. Its name is Copy (11) of SGAs.idf. Yeah, I've made more than 11 revisions and still do not have a working model.

Please help!!!
