[EnergyPlus_Support] Error in outdoor condition between monthly and annual run period

Hello,

I am currently simulating a single zone using the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia weather file. When I ran a monthly simulation, whether it is January, March, or other months, and compare them with their corresponding monthly portions from annual simulation ( 1 January - 31 December), I notice  the consistent presence of margin of error in the outdoor temperature and relative humidity. However,  these errors only occur on the 1st hour of the first day for every month. The rest is identical.

Is there some default in the EnergyPlus that lead to the errors? It would make some sense if the errors occur for the inside surfaces, maybe due to different initial conditions, but the comparison for the outside conditions should be identical since I am using the same weather file for both monthly and annual simulation.

Thank you.

Murad
