Dear Dr. Linda
Please help to calculate Levis ratio which is LR=he/hc
Evaporative heat transfer coefficient
Convective heat transfer coefficient
and w-wet skin fraction
and water vapor pressure in ambient air kPa
all these terms used to calculate effective temperature
the term of operative temperature that is out put from energy plus directly.
as I notice we canot calculate these with the help of e+ directly.
