Is it possible to export the temperatures of layer #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, # 6 respectively?
As far as I understand, what E+ exports as inside and outside surface temperature is the temperatures of layer #1 and #4 or #1 and #6. Is it correct?
I would like have all temperatures of #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, # 6.

First you
simulate the building and then select surface inside and outside temperature
in output variable of idf file.
