Thanks to everyone for their responses. Really appreciated. I shall get in touch with the software vendors and see what solutions they have for me. 

Does anyone have something to say about the OpenStudio Plug-in for Sketchup? How effective and easy to use is it really? Especially in regards to UFAD?
