[EnergyPlus_Support] EP crashed while running

We set up a model of a building with 3 levels.  The building has a total of 10 zones, with 5 of them being conditioned.  We used the Zone:IdealLoadAirSystem to calculate the cooling and heating load of the building.  We used Sketchup to draw the building and imported it into EP. It is really not a complex model.

The problem is that the program runs fine until Apr 20.  It then crashes without any error message.  We looked at the results until Apr. and they look ok.

Please help!
