[EnergyPlus_Support] doubt in design builder to energy plus transformation

Hi All

i have one doubt. I am using design builder for modelling the building which uses Energy plus as its simulation engine.My doubt is, 

1) Is it possible to provide separate system for separate floors i.e, five systems for five floors in design builder. or we have to do that in energy plus only,

2) how to provide different types of chillers in design builder i.e, water cooled chiller, air cooled chiller, etc.....or we have to model it in the energy plus only.

Response will be highly appreciated.
