CSV files are not created if there are no Output:Variable objects in your IDF file.  If your IDF has a fatal error, they are not created, either. 
 
I do not know about the conditions for creating a DXF, since I do not use that feature.

Hi everyone,
 
I've just started simulating with Energy Plus. I've been following a tutorial guide that I found in Internet,( http://sites.google.com/site/energyplustutorial/home) and I got the simulation succesfully but the files .csv, .dxf are not generated ! Someone knows why is this happening?

Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.  Limit attachments to small files.
