I do not know what CSVproc will do.
Attached is a dView displaying the .csv file after an EPlus simulation.. Graph on one side, and the available output variables on the right.
By simply selecting the square box of the variable, the traces are displayed in different colour.
There are many features and views available. You can click on the link on the EPlus home page to get the software.
