hi

when i start my thesis work ,i try to see various soft wares for my thesis work entitiled "design and simulation of energy efficent building in hot areas",and i put faith on energy plus by assuming that there a support group that helps me a lot ,but i send various questions for the last 10 days but no more answers,are u tired of my question(but i see one word that says don't hesitate to ask),may i stop questioning ?it is a big loss for my thesis work which is irreversible.what shall i do?please give me reasonable and logical answer.
